Century Wings New RMA Policy
If you received a defective product or are missing parts due to amanufacturing issue,please contact the shop where you originally purchased your product.
Defective products should be retumed and exchange through regular dstibution charnels
Century Wings does not support end-uer exchanges through Internet sales.Also,we do not support exchanges when the customer purchases our products outside of our Sales Network.
However, Century Wings always supports defective returned products from a regular distributor or retailer.
First,please return the defective products to Century Wings.Once we receive it,we will replace it with a new one.If the defective product is alredy sold out,Century Wings replace it with an equal model.
